A dragons home?

Hey guys! It's me, Bird Pingu, and while i was exploring some of the preparations, I found a giant Mountain-like rock formation at the top of the Ski Hill.

That got me wondering. Do the sightings and mountain-like structure connect? Could the Dragon really be living on this newly formed mountain of rocks? Let me know what you think of this in the comments. Waddle on!
